How a case moves through KFT

Every referral is checked against medical reports, prescriptions and direct conversation with the family before any commitment is made.

Our doctor network reviews the diagnosis and proposed plan. Support is committed only after a clinical second look.

Funds are tracked case-by-case. Disbursements go to hospitals, pharmacies or vendors directly wherever possible — not via middlemen.

Donors and partners receive monthly summaries — cases supported, families helped, doctors involved.

Each case ends with a closure report — what was done, who helped, current status — shared with the family and the responsible team.

Patient identity and medical details are kept confidential. Names and photos are shared only with explicit family consent.

Donors hear back on the cases they supported, with clear, factual updates — no exaggeration, no spam.

KFT runs lean. Funds raised for medical cases stay with medical cases. Operations are kept minimal and accountable.
